These terms cover use of gregturner.com. Coaching has its own agreement, the coaching contract. Coaching contact details are kept in my private CRM and calendar tooling, as described in the privacy policy.

These terms, and the coaching contract

These terms apply to gregturner.com: reading it, the contact form, the newsletter, and the feeds.

Coaching, mentoring, supervision, and similar work follows the coaching contract: what the work is, confidentiality, fees, cancellations, and how either of us can stop. A fee note we've exchanged sits with it. If these terms and the contract disagree about the coaching, the contract wins. If the contract page isn't up when you look, I'll send the current copy before we start.

Fees are agreed there. Invoices go out through Xero, and credit card payments are taken by Stripe.

The site

This is my personal site. The writing is general information, and pages change as the work does. RSS and Atom carry new posts.

Newsletter and the contact form

The subscribe form is Buttondown's, and their terms apply alongside these. Each issue has an unsubscribe link.

I'll use what you send through the contact form to read it and reply. Send a message you mean.

CRM and calendar

Coaching contact details are kept in my private CRM and calendar tooling. The privacy policy describes that, including Google Calendar. Where that tooling calls Google's APIs, Google APIs Terms of Service apply.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully: read it, follow the feeds, and write via the contact form.

Intellectual property

Unless a page says otherwise, I own the copyright in the writing and the design. Link here freely. A short quotation, with credit, is welcome.

Material from coaching is covered by the coaching contract. What you create is yours. My exercises and materials are for your own development.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the website, or from relying on something written here.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be signed away, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud.

You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Privacy

The privacy policy describes what I collect and why.

Changes

I can update these terms by editing this page. The date below will change. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms. Changes to the coaching contract happen with you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
